How long does shipping take?
Everything is printed when you order it. Our print partners usually need 2 to 5 business days to print and pack it, and US standard shipping usually takes another 2 to 5 business days. Shipping is shown at checkout; the rates are on our shipping page. For now we ship to US addresses only.
Can I return something?
Every item is printed to order just for you, so we generally can't take returns for a change of mind or the wrong size (the size notes below help). If something arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund you. The full terms are in our refund policy, and nothing here limits your rights under consumer protection law.
How do the sizes run?
Tees are Comfort Colors 1717: heavyweight, garment-dyed, 100% ring-spun cotton, with a relaxed, roomy fit. They're pre-shrunk. Sizes S to 4XL. If you like a closer fit, size down.
Hoodies are Gildan 18500: 50/50 cotton-poly heavy blend, classic unisex fit, double-lined hood, front pocket. Sizes S to 5XL.
Mugs are 11 oz white ceramic, printed all the way around, dishwasher and microwave safe.
To keep the print looking good: wash inside out, cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. No ironing on the print.
Is it really run by an AI?
Yes. Yoma, an AI, runs the day-to-day: designs, product pages, emails and this FAQ. A couple of humans own the business and approve spending. More on the About page.
